Jon and his family moved to Indonesia in early 2017 with a heart to learn Indonesian culture and support the under-resourced local church. He quickly discovered he had an abnormal amount of entrepreneurial energy so he started a CrossFit style gym as a way to build community, challenge himself physically and grow a business.
After 3 years of lessons learned and a global pandemic he decided to close the gym and make a shift. He began to ask the question: “How do I engage in the global economy with my local friends?” Not much longer, Wawai Partners was born and Jon has been ambitiously serving business owners and non profit leaders with digital marketing support ever since.
He now lives in Malang, Indonesia with his wife and 4 kids where he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing sports with his kids and spearfishing.

Reza is a seasoned web developer, server engineer, and cybersecurity expert with over a decade of experience. He is the owner of Force Teknologi and has a well-known reputation in cybersecurity due to the work he has done for local, state and federal government groups in Indonesia. He is fluent in C++, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, Python, and frameworks like CodeIgniter and Yii. He's also a master of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, Joomla, Webflow, and Weebly, with 40% of his projects built on WordPress + Elementor.
He has been a huge asset for us at Wawai as he has designed and built countless websites, led a team for delivering a complicated web application and faithfully kept our web servers online and functioning at their highest capacity.
He currently lives in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, where you can find him sharpening his skills as a python developer, playing badminton, gaming, or diving into his religious studies.

Stefanus is a veteran in the digital space with over 18 years of experience, and has proven to be our most skilled and consistent Divi expert. He has a unique combination of creative and technical skills that allow him to be our go-to guy for custom websites. Building high-performing websites and web applications has become a lifelong passion for him which has caused him to develop a mastery of PHP, CodeIgniter, WordPress, and WooCommerce.
He lives in the booming metropolis of Jakarta with his wife and 2 kids. When he’s not building websites you can find him at the gym lifting weights or spending time at the mall with his family.

He’s also a driven management professional and digital creative enthusiast with an Undergrad in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Information Technology. His passion is for building strong, stable teams and simplifying complexity through automation.

Rio has over 15 years of experience as a web developer and is the ultimate get-it-done guy. He is quick to respond to our clients and great at implementing client requests. He is a self taught WordPress Developer with an expertise in building websites with Elemenetor, Divi and Kadence. He’s one of our go-to developers for managing monthly maintenance and customer support.
Life’s not all about code for Rio. He enjoys exploring the outdoors and is passionate about environmental issues. When he’s not adventuring, you can find him raising goats and cows on his family farm in Jepara, Central Java. One of his dreams is to develop a process for sustainable cow-powered electricity!

Riqo is the newest member to our team but is already proving his worth. He is a UI/UX expert and builds great mockups in Figma. He also has an impressive knack for building on drag and drop web builders like Wix, Squarespace, Hubspot, Go High Level, and Webflow. His drive for learning new things sets him apart from his peers.
When he’s not building and designing websites, he’s likely listening to podcasts, exploring the latest digital marketing trends or enjoying a good cup of coffee. He might even be doing all of those things at once! He currently lives in Malang, Indonesia.
